State Thomas Home with Rooftop Deck!

Great location , but definitely needs a lot of attention-- We paid for cleaning fee, but arrived the clean dishes were still in dishwasher. Should they not have been put away ? Towels were washed, but still in dryer- seems they should have been folded and placed. There were dirty sheets thrown in the closet... We would really appreciate a discount on the cleaning fee for this stay, as it was not as it should have been.

We rented the condo for our annual football trip. The house itself was amazing. Plenty of space, clean, updated. And the location was fantastic. Within walking distance of restaurants, bars, coffee shops. The only complain we have is that there was no hot water. We were there for 4 nights, and couldn't take a hot shower. I tried communicating with Jacob 3 times about this, and never heard back from him. That would be my only reservation about renting this property again.

Spent weekend in Dallas, me my mom and sister went to see my daughter who recently moved to Dallas. The house in uptown is in a great location and you can walk uptown. The house needed one more walk through before we got there.. Clean dishes left in dishwasher towels in dryer and sheets in washer but we finally. Found everything. The toilet seat in one bathroom was broken. We had to go to CVS to get bath soap so remember to bring that, it is not included. WASP nest on deck so we couldn’t sit out at night. All things that a good walk through could find and fix. Sofa was comfy. Kitchen was beautiful w Viking appliances. TVs worked fine. Fun family time in Dallas

Great location and very nice place. Everything you need in a home away from home. The location was perfect for us and very close to our daughter that lives in Dallas so we could walk to most everything.

We had a wonderful stay. The neighborhood close to several walkable restaurants. We appreciated having a garage to park in.
